NATIONAL EVENT COORDINATOR
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


* Assisting the National Event Manager on day to day task
* Negotiate and secure free and paid event space for all campaigns
* Build relationship with centre management
* Management of event costing and other administrative tasks
* Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for setting up booths for the events
* Assist in preparation of various reports to management



Requirements:


* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
* Event management experience
* Have an “anything is possible” attitude not only to clients but also to fellow team members
* Excellent written and verbal skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy



Ideally we are looking for a responsible person who can demonstrate professionalism, maturity, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the event industry.

You will be required to dedicate a lot of time and attention to your projects. Some travel can be expected, as we operate on a national level.
